Terms & Conditions

Last updated 5 October 2026

MyJudo is provided by Hajime Judo Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. When you create an account or use MyJudo, you are entering into an agreement with Hajime Judo Ltd. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

The service

MyJudo is an online tool for judo clubs to manage classes, attendance, student progress, gradings and a parent/student portal.

Your account

  • If you register a club, you confirm you have authority to act for that club and are at least 18.
  • Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse MyJudo, including:

  • using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
  • uploading content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • interfering with its security — for example introducing malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping data;
  • reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing the limits of the service.

Intellectual property

We own MyJudo and all its software, documentation and branding. We give your club a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your trial or subscription. Your club keeps ownership of the data it enters; you let us store and process it only to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. After a free trial ends without a subscription, your club's data becomes view-only until a plan is chosen.

Service level

We work hard to keep MyJudo available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees your club paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk. When access ends you can ask us to export your club's data within 30 days; after that it may be deleted.

General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will tell club admins about significant changes. Contact: contact@myjudo.co.uk.
